Masangkay Metal Warehouse
The gate is locked at the Masangkay Metal Warehouse, so you have to find another way in. Most of the perimeter has barbed wire around the top, but if you follow the fence around to the left, there is a section in the wall where the barbed wire is missing. Climb over that section to get inside the fence.
Once inside, go around to the back of the building to find an open door. Go inside and shoot any hostiles, making your way back towards the front of the building. Go up the stairs you find at the end of that room. On the next level, go with Earle through the rooms, fighting of any gunmen that pop up. Go up another flight of stairs and there are more gunmen to subdue.
Find the office on that top level to find the ring leader Victor Sanders. Another cut-scene plays, and the case is over, unlocking the L.A. Noire Every Herb Bearing Season Achievement for 20 gamer points.
