L.A. Noire Not So Hasty Achievement
Description: Stop a fleeing suspect with a warning shot as an LAPD Detective.
This achievement requires two conditions. First, you must be apprehending a fleeing victim. Second, you must have your gun drawn. There is not a way to make Phelps draw his gun, so he must have it drawn on his own. If you are in a situation when these two conditions are met, you can fire a warning shot by aiming at the fleeing suspect and holding the Left Trigger. A circle will slowly fill up, and when it is completely full, Phelps will fire a warning shot.
